At Highway Halo, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details where available.
During launches, restocks, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Shipping
We currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services including Royal Mail and Evri.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Next Day Shipping: Next business day
We offer Next Day Delivery on eligible UK orders.
To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00pm (GMT/BST), Monday–Friday.
If we are unable to fulfill this, we guarantee a full refund of the delivery cost and will ship the order as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Free UK shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on qualifying orders.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
International delivery times typically range between 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
- Highway Halo is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Highway Halo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at: HighwayHalo@hotmail.com
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to help resolve the issue.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging/item
We will review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
